A Young Professional team is a Peer Advisory Group with a special distinction in that it is designed for the 25-40 year old. Mentoring and coaching by seasoned business executives add value and depth that other peer advisory groups fail to offer.

The purpose of Leadership Prayer team is to connect men to God, to one another, and to the Great Commission. The LPT exist to encourage and cover in prayer the men of CBMC who are in the marketplace as ambassadors for Christ and spur them to fully integrate their work and faith.
Operation Timothy is a time-tested discipleship resource tool that will guide a man to learn more about God and how to be the man God designed him to be. This is a benefit to his work, his family, and relationships. Operation Timothy is based on 1 & 2 Timothy where the apostle Paul mentored young Timothy. Paul trained Timothy to train others to train others.
CBMC’s discipleship process is a one-on-one mentoring opportunity whereby two men come together to study God’s word, pray, and then apply it to life and business. This is highly relational and involves tremendous personal growth.

This 8-week course is a comprehensive, yet accelerated leadership development program that highlights the skills and practices of classic coaching from a Christian perspective. You are going to see Jesus revealed in some extraordinary ways and will experience for yourself the transformational power of faith-based leadership through the use of coaching principles. Christ has always been about coaching and through your faithfulness, you will immerse yourself into a God-sized adventure that will impact every relationship in your life both personally and professionally.

Kick-Off Full Day Workshop runs from 9:00 to 3:00 and is professionally facilitated by Ralph Larimer and Chris Haynes with breakout discussions facilitated throughout the day. We discuss:

Reading and Reflection Exercises – A specific agenda and format to walk you through concepts and exercises that reinforce the primary principles and skills of Christian Leadership Coaching – 8 weeks between workshops.
Peer-to-Peer Coaching Practice – You will have the opportunity to practice the coaching principles in a comfortable, non-threatening environment with a peer in the program. You will also have the opportunity to listen in on coaching conversations and experience coaching conducted by a certified Christian Leadership Coach.

CBMC is distinct in its focus on the “whole man.” Leadership skills can be developed and utilized as an area leaders helping grow the reach of CBMC Indiana.
Team Leadership
CBMC teams are established to help connect men to God, each other and the Great Commission. Team leaders help keep the teams focused on that mission.
Area Advisors
Area advisors act as a board of spiritual leaders who oversee the strategy and direction of the area leaders. They encourage and keep the area leadership accountable to mission of CBMC Indiana.
