The purpose of Connect3 (C3) teams is to connect men to God, to one another, and to the Great Commission. C3s exist to train and equip men to become Marketplace Ambassadors and to integrate their work and faith.
A Young Professional team is a Peer Advisory Group with a special distinction in that it is designed for the 25-40 year old. Mentoring and coaching by seasoned business executives add value and depth that other peer advisory groups fail to offer.
A Trusted Advisor Forums group consists of 8-12 Christian business owners, presidents, or c-suite executives, and one trained facilitator who meet monthly to apply God’s word to their business and personal lives.

The purpose of Leadership Prayer team is to connect men to God, to one another, and to the Great Commission. The LPT exist to encourage and cover in prayer the men of CBMC who are in the marketplace as ambassadors for Christ and spur them to fully integrate their work and faith.
Operation Timothy (OT) is CBMC’s premiere discipleship tool, designed to help a mature believer (a “Paul”) guide another (a “Timothy”) into growth in his relationship with Christ. OT currently exists in both digital and print formats and is available in multiple languages.
Leadership Coach Training (LCT) was founded on key biblical leadership principles. LCT utilizes an integrated, values-based paradigm for developing leaders through coaching with the Holy Spirit rather than a worldly view. It encourages leaders to put others first by focusing on leadership growth over problem resolution.
